Andrea Seratte, Managing Partner
Ms. Seratte has twenty years healthcare management and development experience. Ms. Seratte’s consulting practice has provided her with a wide range of experiences and opportunities. Her clients include nationally recognized specialty and acute care hospitals, third party insurers, physician clinics, and biomedical and pharmacy manufacturing and packaging start-ups.
She recently facilitated the development of and obtained CMS approval for the industry’s first web portal application giving physicians the capability to bill pharmacy services provided in their office.
Prior to establishing her consulting firm, she held senior management positions with national healthcare organizations. Ms. Seratte was the Vice President of Finance, Medical Rehabilitation Division, for NovaCare where she had responsibility for $94 million of annual revenues. During her tenure with NovaCare’s hospital division she opened eight medical rehabilitation hospitals, acquired five hospitals, and helped the company grow it’s initial book of business from $0 to $54 million.
As Vice President of Operations for Rehab Managed Care of Arizona, a division of NovaCare, Ms. Seratte developed and marketed the industry’s first rehab managed care organization. She was also the VP of Operations, Southwest, for BMJ Medical Management, Inc. Pre-IPO, Ms. Seratte closed over $12 million in physician practice acquisitions. Within the same 12 month period, she also acquired and opened a variety of related ancillary entities, including two ambulatory surgery centers.
Ms. Seratte completed her accounting studies at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL, and received a BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, and has held a variety of board positions with the Children’s Angel Foundation, Hacienda, Inc.
Tom Delk, VP Marketing
Tom Delk is responsible for the sales, marketing and management of SSA's pharmacy program and has successfully implemented the physician-dispensing program in numerous practices across the country. Mr Delk has over 10 years experience in point of care dispensing programs.
Prior to joining SSA, Mr. Delk was president and CEO of a food distribution company, and previously held management and sales positions with the nation's largest vending company.
